Medical plans generally cover services they determine to be medically necessary. Policies differ by carrier; your physician’s recommendation may not always align with your plan’s coverage rules. We can estimate costs if you prefer to self-pay for a service that isn’t covered.
Check your policy for any pre-authorization or referral requirements before seeing a specialist. Without required approvals, you may be responsible for the visit or need to reschedule.
Self-pay patients and those with co-pays are expected to pay on the day of service. If you’re unable to do so, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We accept CareCredit to help patients manage out-of-pocket costs for medical services and select cosmetic offerings. This can also be used toward multifocal lens packages.
